Working as part of the senior leadership team this position oversees budgeting, reporting, and risk management, ensuring the organisation's long-term financial health. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of financial reports, budgets, and strategic forecasts.

  • Be the key contact with the Finance Director

  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior leadership, driving informed decision-making.

Skills and Experience:
  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent.

  • Experience in a senior financial management role.

  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
