Client Details

Entrepreneurial, ambitious business that is well established in its specialist field, requires a Finance Manager / Financial Controller for initially a period of 12 months.

Description

The role is varied and includes:

Overseeing and timely compilation of the monthly management accounts complete with commentary
Overseeing and managing the Balance Sheet
Management of the company's cash flow models
Yearly financial budget, quarterly forecasts and financial projections
Working closely with transactional team to ensure accurate MI
Improving finance processes
Work closely with all functions of the business to ensure tight control of all overhead areas
Working closely with external auditors on statutory and internal audit reports,
Adhoc reporting for senior management
Management of 2 reports

Profile

You will be an experienced commercially focused Finance Manager or Financial Controller, available at short notice (ideally within a month )

Ideally a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), however qualified by experience will also be considered.

Ability to work to tight deadlines, strong numerical and IT skills as well as adaptable to change is also required.

Job Offer

A salary of circa £55,000 - £60,000 is offered, with an additional bonus.
