This is a newly created role as Finance Manager due to significant growth. This hands-on role will be responsible for transforming and optimising systems and processes for maximum efficiency, whilst maintaining a strong control environment during a high growth phase for the business.

Our client is an exciting business based in Liverpool city centre. They plan to grow rapidly with the support of PE backers, and this role will play a key part in supporting that journey.
Description
- Leading the finance team (managing a team of 2)
- Overseeing month end process and taking responsibility for management accounts
- Delivering commentary and analysis to senior stakeholders
- Developing and maintaining a strong controls environment
- Acting as a business partner
- Reviewing and managing balance sheet reconciliations
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Taking responsibility for payroll
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- A relevant qualification - either be QBE or possess an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to lead a team
- Strong interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
Job Offer
- Salary in the region of £45,000 to £50,000
