HW Finance are partnering with a market-leading retailer seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to drive financial planning, analysis, and strategic insight across the business.
The Role
As FP&A Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy and decision-making. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver insightful analysis, support forecasting and budgeting, and provide data-driven recommendations that enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial planning and analysis function, ensuring robust forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Deliver commercial insights to support strategic decision-making across the business.
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses to drive business performance.
- Partner with key stakeholders across departments, providing financial guidance and challenge where necessary.
- Monitor financial KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Support investment appraisals and business cases for new initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting.
Skills and experience:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong FP&A experience in a retail, FMCG, or multi-site environment.
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
