VPssare currently looking toappointan experiencedFinance Director for an established Sports Nutrition Businessbased near Liverpool. The successful individual who is placed as theFinance Directorwill assist the Directors to manage and improve the accounting and finances of the Group and assist in potential expansion and company acquisitions
Keyresponsibilitiesfor theGroup Finance Directorwill include:

Supervise and monitor the transaction and order processing process, sales and purchase ledgers and reconciliation of bank and invoice finance accounts

Monitor and oversee supplier and payroll payments
-
You will be key on advisingonfinancialmatters and helping guidethe business to further growth

Preparation and submission of VAT returns
-
Managing of cashflows
-
Preparation of monthly management accounts
-
Identify, monitor and strive to improve relevant Key Performance Indicators
-
Ensure reporting requirements of relevant financial institutions are met

Preparation of Year End information for submission to external accountant ready for Statutory Accounts

Preparation of other financial information as and when required by the Directors
Responsibility for financial controls, minimising the risk to the Group.
The successfulGroup Finance Director candidates must have the following criteria

Able to keep completely up to date onchangingregulatoryenvironments

High levelsof written and spokencommunications

Proven analytical skills

Significant experiencein a senior financial role
