Description

• Supporting financial decision-making processes through rigorous analysis and reporting.
• Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and manage cost drivers.
• Developing financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
• Providing financial insight and advice to the wider business.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement within the finance function.
• Participating in ad hoc projects as required.

Profile

A successful Junior Finance Business Partner should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory standards.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
