A well established personal lines insurance business are seeking an experienced pricing leader to lead their growing household division.You will beĀ fully accountable for the strategy, plans, P&L, people and culture of the household insurance business. This will include direct responsibility for product, pricing and the sales & service operations.Historically, the rapid growth ofĀ their motor bookĀ has meant the business hasnāt had significant focus from the Group, including limited resource or focus from a pricing perspective.Despite these constraints, the business has grown steadily, delivering a better than market combined operating ratio, with performance and profitability having accelerated over the last 12 months, with a current run-rate of c.Ā£15m GWP, 100% YoY growth and c.90% COR.Key Requirements:ā¢ Experienced leader in the Home Insurance industryā¢ Exceptional analytical capability, preferably with a pricing background, but with a broad commercial understandingā¢ Ability to create strategic clarity quickly, drive to an operational plan, and deliver resultsā¢ Energetic and willingness to beĀ hands-onā¢ Embrace an entrepreneurial culture - building a strong working relationship across the business
