Senior Finance Business Partner
Resourcery Group is pleased to support a Liverpool-based Housing Association in their search for a Senior Finance Business Partner. This newly created position will report to the Head of Finance and play a crucial role in supporting key decision-making and providing valuable insights.Â
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust financial models and business forecasts
- Provide comprehensive financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive financial performance and contribute to business growth
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor and review financial performance against budget and forecast, providing recommendations for improvement
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) or Finalist
- Demonstrable experience in a similar finance business partnering role within the Housing sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis
- Thorough understanding of financial principles and practises
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Advanced Excel skills

- Competitive salary of £55,000 (with annual pay increases in line with the sector)
- This is a remote role, with the expectation to be on-site approximately 1-2 times per month in Liverpool and/or for budget holder meetings
