We are seeking a skilled and driven Paraplanner to join a highly regarded financial planning team, providing expert technical support to Financial Planners in delivering tailored advice and solutions to clients.

As a key part of the advice process, you will play a vital role in researching, analysing, and crafting bespoke financial strategies and suitability reports that help clients meet their goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career in a professional, client-centric environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support client recommendations
  • Prepare comprehensive financial planning reports and suitability letters
  • Model cashflows and analyse client data to support holistic advice
  • Collaborate closely with Financial Planners and internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Liaise with product providers and third parties to gather essential information
  • Monitor and manage client review processes and follow-ups
  • Stay up to date with regulatory changes and maintain CPD

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a financial advice environment
  • 1+ year dedicated paraplanning experience
  • Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to compliance and professionalism
