An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paraplanner to join a well-established and growing Wealth Management firm in Liverpool. The Role

As a Paraplanner, you will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers by conducting in-depth research, preparing technical financial plans, and drafting detailed suitability reports. This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality financial planning support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on pensions, investments, insurance, and tax planning strategies

  • Perform cash flow analysis, tax calculations, and retirement projections

  • Prepare detailed suitability reports aligned with client objectives and compliance standards

  • Support advisers in creating and maintaining accurate financial plans

  • Liaise with clients and providers when required to ensure smooth financial planning processes

  • Stay updated on regulatory changes, tax laws, and industry best practices

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in a Paraplanner role, supporting Financial Advisers with research, reports, and financial planning strategies

  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or working towards Level 6)

  • Strong technical knowledge of financial products, tax implications, and compliance standards

  • Proficiency in financial planning software

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
