Our client is a multi-office, professional Financial Planning organisation who specialise in providing holistic Financial Planning solutions to private clients in the North-West of England.

The Role:Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional passionate about financial planning and client service? We are looking for a dedicated Client Manager to join this team. In this role, you will support the Advisers, Operations Manager, and Compliance Team to ensure seamless client interactions and effective financial planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Advisers to research and analyse financial strategies, products, and plans.
  • Prepare client suitability reports and cash flow analysis.
  • Manage the technical preparation for client meetings, including financial data compilation and analysis.
  • Liaise with product providers and third parties to fulfill client requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact and providing high-quality service.
  • Organize and oversee the client review meeting process, ensuring a professional and efficient workflow.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the Personal Finance Portal (PFP).
  • Identify and recommend improvements to internal systems and processes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a similar 'Paraplanning' role within financial services.
  • Candidates should ideally be Diploma qualified as a minimum although those with experience will be considered if they are studying towards this.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyse complex financial data and present clear, actionable insights.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with industry standards.
  • A proactive, client-focused approach to problem-solving and service delivery.
