We have a 12 month contract for an experienced ER/Change specialist with a corporate client based in Liverpool. As an integral part of a diverse and multi-skilled team of operational business partners, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the delivery of strategic change across this UK business. You'll be coaching leaders to achieve better business outcomes, improving the employee experience, and ensuring people processes are effectively managed. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional with a passion for change management, TUPE, organisational development, and driving HR excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional service to internal stakeholders, coaching managers to resolve issues and enhancing their capability and confidence in people management practices.
Foster a culture of business ownership and accountability for people practices, ensuring policies and procedures are embedded to drive business outperformance.
Support the delivery of HR initiatives, contributing feedback and insights to ensure the successful roll-out of new HR tools and processes from the Centres of Expertise.
Collaborate with leaders across the business and the People Function to develop and deliver strategic HR solutions that meet the unique needs of the organisation.
Lead and contribute to HR change projects, providing guidance on organisational design and change management.
Utilise HR systems and data to guide decisions, ensuring that we are providing a high-quality, consistent HR service.
Coach leaders and teams to improve leadership capability and deliver sustainable change.
Ensure adherence to legislation and market practices, driving employee engagement and optimizing the delivery of a consistent employee proposition.
Demonstrate leadership through role modeling organizational values and coaching others to achieve business success.
Manage cyclical people processes and support the delivery of new HR products, ensuring responsiveness and meeting performance targets.
Essential Skills and Experience:
A qualified HR professional with strong HR/ER experience in areas such as Tupe transfers Engagement, Reward, DEI, Talent, L&D, Leadership Development, and Performance Management.
Experience of delivering high-quality HR services in a dynamic, busy environment.
Ability to challenge constructively and influence stakeholders, driving business outcomes and leading organisational change.
Strong coaching and facilitation skills, with a focus on improving leadership effectiveness.
Experience operating in a regulated business environment with a strong understanding of employment law and case law developments.
Strong project management capabilities and experience using data to inform decision-making.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence key decisions.
