This is an exciting position for those with outstanding customer service and communication skills and a keen interested in developing their career within the financial services sector. The Personal Financial Coach provides a critical service and are an initial point of contact for their clients, seeking guidance or advice, the role is varied, interesting, professionally and financially rewarding and offers an introduction to a meaningful career where personal development is highly encouraged.

As a Personal Financial Coach, you will be tasked with:

  • Liaising with existing clients, handling queries relating to management of their personal wealth
  • Providing guidance on all aspects of the customers financial circumstances, such as company share schemes and current and previous occupational and private pension schemes
  • Liaising with existing clients handling technical queries in matters relating to the management of their personal wealth
  • Liaising with in house professional investment advisers in order to provide clients with support
  • Being passionate and demonstrating behaviours in line with the Company's ethos, vision and key principles
