Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to support a vibrant early years team. You will work closely with the classroom teacher to provide high-quality care and education, contributing to a positive and engaging learning experience for our youngest learners.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and delivering educational activities.
Provide individual support to children to aid their development.
Help maintain a safe and stimulating classroom environment.
Foster positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
Support the teacher with administrative tasks and classroom management.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting.
Passionate about early childhood education.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Relevant qualifications in early years education or childcare.
