We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Primary ECT (Early Career Teacher) to join a supportive team within a high-achieving primary school in Sefton, L23.

Your role & responsibilities:
- To ensure high-quality education for all pupils in a designated class and improve the quality of learning and standards of achievement
- To carry out and meet the professional standards for teachers
- Assess, monitor, record and report on the learning needs, progress and achievements of assigned pupils.
- Adapt teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of all pupils including those with SEND
- Administer end of Key Stage testing and assessment where appropriate
- Establish a safe, purposeful and stimulating environment for pupils, rooted in mutual respect
Non-negotiables:
- Must have a primary teaching degree with QTS
- Must be able to provide a minimum of two teaching references within the past two years
- Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
