  • Collecting information and refreshing databases.
  • Producing reports, drafting documents, and preparing communications.
  • Organising meetings and managing logistical arrangements.
  • Responding to customer or client queries, resolving issues when possible, and taking messages.
  • Handling applications and ensuring system records are current.
