You will be responsible for preparing compelling bids and proposals to secure contracts for the occupational health services our client provides.As a Bid Writer (Healthcare), your duties will be: -" Research: Conduct thorough research on potential clients, their needs, and the competitive landscape to inform bid strategies." Bid Preparation: Write, edit, and format bid documents, proposals, and tender responses in accordance with client requirements and specifications." Content Development: Develop persuasive and tailored content that highlights our occupational health services, expertise, and value proposition." Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts, sales teams, and other stakeholders to gather relevant information and insights for bid development." Compliance: Ensure all bid submissions comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal quality assurance processes." Review and Feedback: Review and refine bid documents based on feedback from internal reviewers, clients, or evaluators to enhance clarity, coherence, and persuasiveness." Knowledge Management: Maintain an up-to-date library of bid content, case studies, testimonials, and other collateral to support future bid efforts." Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline bid processes, improve content quality, and enhance win rates through post-bid analysis and feedback.The successful Bid Writer (Healthcare) will have the following skills: -" Proven experience in bid writing, proposal development, or technical writing, preferably in the occupational health or healthcare sector." Strong understanding of occupational health and safety principles, regulations, and industry best practices." Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive content tailored to diverse audiences." Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into coherent bid responses." Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy, quality, and compliance." Effective project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple bids simultaneously." Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and bid management software/tools is desirable.
