About The Role:Days of Working: Variable 4 on 4 off rota

Rate of Pay: £13.50 per hour

As a CCTV Controller, you will be responsible for the proactive operation of the CCTV system and other security systems to ensure the safety and security of the site. Reporting to the Security Manager, you will ensure clear and accurate communication, proper incident escalation, and thorough documentation of all activities.As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

* Oversee all Control Room and site-based security operations. Monitor live video feeds from surveillance cameras to detect and respond to suspicious activities. * Operate and maintain security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems. * Communicate with security personnel and law enforcement to coordinate responses to incidents. * Record and report security incidents, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.* Conduct regular system checks to ensure all security equipment is functioning properly. * Assist in the development and implementation of security protocols and procedures. * Provide real-time updates and support to on-ground security teams during events. * Maintain a high level of situational awareness and promptly escalate issues as needed. * Ensure compliance with stadium security policies and procedures. * Participate in training sessions and stay updated on new security technologies and practices.* Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging security threats.

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
