Clinical Negligence Solicitor – 4+ PQE | Top-Tier Healthcare Team | Hybrid Working An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join a leading UK law firm’s dynamic healthcare team. My client is renowned for delivering expert advice across all aspects of healthcare law, including clinical negligence, patient safety, consent, and mental health. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of complex and high-value defendant clinical negligence claims, often on behalf of NHS Trusts and the NHS Resolution. This role offers the chance to work within a supportive, high-performing team that values technical excellence, innovation, and personal development. Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle pre-litigated and litigated clinical negligence claims.
  • Engage directly with clients, experts, and counsel.
  • Achieve billing and client service targets.
  • Contribute to team development, training, and profile-raising initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with legal developments and adhere to client SLAs.
What’s Needed:
  • A minimum of 4 years’ PQE in clinical negligence (defendant side preferred).
  • Strong advocacy, analytical and communication skills.
  • Excellent understanding of CPR and healthcare sector protocols.
  • Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members is advantageous.
