A top tier Legal 500 North Based Legal Practice is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Lawyer for their Liverpool City Centre office.
The ideal candidate should have solid experience in Claimant Clinical Negligence, with a preference for Grade B+ lawyers but all levels will be considered.
Responsibilities include managing a complex caseload, representing clients at hearings, and quantifying claims from medical records.
The position offers a salary of up to £65,000 along with an excellent benefits package and options for hybrid and home-working.

A top tier Legal 500 North Based Legal Practice is looking to recruit an experienced Clinical Negligence Lawyer to their reputable team.

You will be working out of their Modern Liverpool City Centre office, working alongside Chambers & Partners recognised Clinical Negligence Solicitors, offering support, guidance, and training to help propel your career.

The role would suit an experienced (preferably Grade B+ but all levels considered) Lawyer/Fee Earner/Solicitor with solid experience in Claimant Clinical Negligence.

Your responsibilities will include handling a complex, high value & high-profile clinical negligence caseload and other responsibilities include but are not exclusive to:

Manage your caseload from cradle to grave
Represent clients at hearings where you have appropriate rights of audience and where the firm believes you have the experience and expertise to do so.
Consider liability from the medical records.
Quantify claims from an early stage and draft schedules of loss.
Attend clients on the telephone and in person to provide up-dates on progress and to provide such support in a professional and friendly manner in keeping with the firm’s standards for client care.
