Whilst the team you will be working with is based in Liverpool, there is hybrid working available and an option for candidates to be based remotely (dependant on experience). Responsible for a varied clinical negligence caseload to include, drafting reports, interviewing witnesses, drafting witness statements, instructing counsel, negotiating settlements and preparing for and attending trials and mediations.
