The firm are seeking clinical negligence solicitors to join their offices across the North West and West Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor at our firm, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing your individual caseload of Clinical Negligence cases from inception to trial.
  • Collaborating with Team Leaders and the Head of Department to strategize and plan case tactics.
  • Identifying and progressing cases that are ready for Letter of Claim (LOC), settlement, or other relevant services.
  • Handling your caseload in a proactive and commercially astute manner.
  • Coordinating case progression with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drafting legal documents, including LOCs and letters of instruction.
  • Negotiating settlements and initiating proceedings when necessary.
  • Providing guidance and support to the team on technical issues, with the assistance of the Team Leader or Head of Department.
