How much will I be paid?

Rate is always discussed and confirmed prior to any booking and is dependent on skillset, length of assignment and experience, however, will range between£100 - £120 per day.

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

• You hold a valid DBS that is registered with the Update Service, if not you must be willing to apply for one.
• You possess a degree (desirable, but not essential).
• You have excellent communication skills and can quickly form rapports.
• You can use your initiative.
• You have previous experience working with children between theages of 11 - 16.
• You are confident in dealing with discipline issues in the correct way.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Ensuring a constructive working environment.
• Ensuring pupils complete all set work.
• Recording attendance in accordance with school policy.
• Following the school behavioural policy.
• Following all school safeguarding policies and procedures.
