Working for a Multi Academy Trust in Liverpool City Centre you will responsible for leading on the strategic decision making and management of multiple schools within the organisation. This will be a project based role delivering commitment to change and implementing new processes for the group.

Description

Duties and Tasks of the Director of Change:

  • Work closely with Boards of Trustees, Senior Leadership Teams, Headteachers and other staff to define and deliver the groups direction whilst implementing measurable targets and plans
  • Lead, empower and train Executive Leaders to maximise development opportunities within the group
  • Take responsibility of continuing cultural excellence within the organisation and arrange meetings to ensure collaborations and implement new communication techniques
  • Manage budgets and controls within the organisation and work closely with Chief Financial Officers , HR and Board of Trustees
  • Develop relationships with Ofstead to ensure deliverable of performance across the trust
  • Work closely with all stakeholders to report on progress and development of pupils and ensure clear directions for success
  • Manage change, risk and responding to needs across the organisation

Profile

Experience and skills required for the Director of Change:

  • Experience of a leadership role within the education sector; Operations, Consultancy, Projects, Teaching, Transformation
  • Proven and demonstrable experience of strategic leadership change, development and transformations
  • Excellent ability to effectively plan, monitor and review projects whilst being sensitive to changing needs
