Our client is looking for a Director of Estates to be based in Liverpool
Details
* Accountable for the effective management and delivery of a large multi- service complex PFI contract.
* Develop a long-term strategic plan and roadmap for the account, aligned to the clients strategic objectives, using insight from data analytics.
* Own the P&L for the account, driving both top line growth and bottom-line performance, making trade off decisions between service lines as required..
* Ensure exceptional standards of service delivery across the portfolio, initiating and driving through efficiencies whilst maintaining impeccably high standards.
* Collaboratively works with relevant stakeholders to ensure they achieve all contractual KPI's as agreed via the Trust & client .
* Build, enhance and sustain long lasting client relationships at all levels within the account, positioning client as a trusted partner.
* Takes ownership and act promptly to get things done whilst demonstrating a commitment to high quality standards.
* Provide direction, guidance and support to all staff under the positions control to ensure they can carry out their role effectively. Create, maintain and enhance effective working relationships with all people related to the Company, this will include staff working within the control of this position, other staff within the Company, the Client, and individuals in the external environment.
This role is on an Interim basis for 6/9 months
Pay is 700 per day (inside of IR35)
