Desian education are supporting a GOODLiverpoolPrimary school who are seeking a passionate early years teacher to cover a 12 month maternity leave. The school will conciderECT's or experienced teachers. This position will be starting as soon as possible and will be for a 12 month period. The successful candidate will need to have a strong commitment to academic excellence and a nurturing approach to pupil well-being. You will be supported in your new role by a welcoming team of Senior leaders and colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering engaging and challenging lessons in line with the Early years curriculum.
- Assessing, monitoring, and supporting the progress of all pupils to ensure they achieve their full potential.
- Creating a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that fosters curiosity, resilience, and a love of learning.
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver a cohesive and enriched curriculum.
- Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and carers to support learning and development.
