About the Role
Our client is a leading provider of high-quality solutions for construction and refurbishment projects. With a focus on excellence and customer satisfaction, they're looking for an Estimator to support their growing portfolio of small works projects.
As an Estimator, you'll be responsible for:
- Preparing accurate estimates and costings for small works projects.
- Collaborating with clients and project teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Managing budgets and timelines to ensure project efficiency.
- Staying current with industry trends, materials, and pricing.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in estimating small works projects (windows, doors, ceilings, etc.).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools is an advantage.
