- As a First Response Advisor you will be the first point of contact for clients. The role involves making outbound calls to clients and potential clients to assist them with the completion of various paperwork.
- You will also take inbound calls from new clients and will assist with directing main line inbound calls.
- You will help guide clients through our policies and procedures, ensuring both parties have the required information for us to be able to take on their claim.
- Accurate data collection.
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other departments to resolve issues or escalate as necessary
