Head of Sales/Business Development Manager

Fenestration Industry

Permanent: Up to £80,000 + negotiable package

We are currently searching for a Head of Sales/Business Development Manager who operates in the fenestration industry in the Liverpool area. This position is with a window manufacturing and installation specialist who specifically targets the heritage/listed building market.

They are an Ireland-based firm interested in expanding into the UK market and initially want to build a base of operations in Liverpool. The view would be to not only services the North West market but also the UK.

The role:

  • Identify and engage new prospective clients, targeting both private clients and main contractors operating in the heritage/listed building vertical.
  • Set sales targets and ensure they are met or exceeded
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work with technical teams to offer customised solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences

Requirements:

  • Possess a deep understanding of fenestration products, materials, and industry standards.
  • Happy to travel nationwide as required for meetings.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mentality.

This will initially be a standalone position which will grow in time. You will have the full support from the Irish operation and given the tools you need to develop the business. This will provide a great opportunity to build something you can also grow with and progress your career with them as well.
