- Taking full ownership of a caseload of housing disrepair claims (pre and post-litigated)
- Handling everything from small claims to complex multi-track cases
- Drafting interlocutory applications and managing the nitty-gritty of tricky cases
- Working directly with Counsel, giving clear instructions and ensuring smooth communication
- Autonomously running cases from start to finish.
- Has solid experience with housing disrepair claims (non-negotiable!)
- Thrives on meeting targets while delivering exceptional client care
- Is confident, approachable, and a natural problem-solver
- Knows CPR and housing conditions case law inside out
- Has excellent communication and negotiation skills (you’re a people person!)
- Works well both independently and as part of a collaborative team
