We’re on the hunt for a Housing Disrepair Solicitor / Fee Earner to join one of our fantastic clients based in Liverpool! If you’re experienced, ambitious, and ready to make a real difference for clients, this could be your next big opportunity.Our client is looking for someone who knows their way around housing disrepair claims, whether you’ve worked for claimants or defendants. Fee Earners or Paralegals with a proven history of managing pre and post-litigated caseloads are also encouraged to apply. Got personal injury experience? Great! But don’t worry if not—it’s not a must.What’s in store:
  • Taking full ownership of a caseload of housing disrepair claims (pre and post-litigated)
  • Handling everything from small claims to complex multi-track cases
  • Drafting interlocutory applications and managing the nitty-gritty of tricky cases
  • Working directly with Counsel, giving clear instructions and ensuring smooth communication
  • Autonomously running cases from start to finish.
About you: Our client is looking for someone who:
  • Has solid experience with housing disrepair claims (non-negotiable!)
  • Thrives on meeting targets while delivering exceptional client care
  • Is confident, approachable, and a natural problem-solver
  • Knows CPR and housing conditions case law inside out
  • Has excellent communication and negotiation skills (you’re a people person!)
  • Works well both independently and as part of a collaborative team
