As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and managing employee documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and HR policy updates.
  • Maintaining HR systems and ensuring employee records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with GDPR regulations.
  • Assisting with the coordination of training sessions, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records.
  • Supporting recruitment processes by arranging interviews, preparing candidate packs, and liaising with hiring managers.
  • Monitoring absence and leave records, providing reports and insights to managers where needed.
  • Assisting with employee engagement initiatives such as surveys, team events, and recognition programs.
  • Supporting the HR team with ad hoc projects and ensuring timely completion of administrative tasks.
