- Maintaining HR systems and ensuring employee records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with GDPR regulations.
- Assisting with the coordination of training sessions, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records.
- Supporting recruitment processes by arranging interviews, preparing candidate packs, and liaising with hiring managers.
- Monitoring absence and leave records, providing reports and insights to managers where needed.
- Assisting with employee engagement initiatives such as surveys, team events, and recognition programs.
- Supporting the HR team with ad hoc projects and ensuring timely completion of administrative tasks.
