I'm working with a dynamic and fast-paced business based in Liverpool that is looking to welcome an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Administrator to their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for HR who is looking to grow and develop their career in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle - from onboarding to offboarding
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
  • Assist in the coordination of recruitment processes including advertising roles, arranging interviews, and onboarding new starters
  • Support the HR team with employee relations matters by preparing documentation and tracking casework
  • Administer HR systems and processes, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
  • Produce HR reports and support with general HR projects as required
  • Respond to employee queries, signposting policies and escalating when necessary

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an HR administration or similar support role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A CIPD qualification (or working towards) would be an advantage
