Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to employee or manager HR enquiries in accordance with established procedures.
  • Liaise with the Centre of Expertise or HRBP when necessary, and escalate issues as required.
  • Maintain detailed and current knowledge of the company's HR policies and procedures.
  • Identify escalation trends and opportunities for addressing new and different requests.
  • Create, monitor, and close out tickets in the case management platform.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Degree qualification and CIPD certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish or French.
