- Driving sales and service performance within the department.
- Implementing strategies to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
- Delivering consultative approach to managing the whole sales process.

Profile
A successful Internal Sales Manager should have:
- Proven experience in a either Asset Finance OR B2B sales.
- Strong leadership skills and a proven ability to drive team performance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- A solid understanding of financial services regulations and compliance requirements.
Job Offer
- An attractive salary in the range of 30,000 to 35,000 per annum plus commission.
- OTE of 50-60.
