The position of Junior Content Creator is simply designed to create and execute exciting content across all social media channels. This means we are looking for a candidate who has knowledge/passion for sports and fitness, a creative mindset and a keen eye for detail. The role is perfect for someone looking to kickstart their career in content creation whilst gaining valuable experience in the sportswear industry.
No two days will be the same - you could be shooting new product int he buying team one minute or videoing influencers the next. You will be responsible for coming up with new and exciting ideas that best represent this challenger brand!
Day to day responsibilities in the position of Junior Content Creator will include:
- Content Creation
- Ideate and develop high-quality video content specifically for social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Optimise content for each platform's format and audience preferences
- Keep ahead of the market in terms of content and social media trends, innovation, and competitor activity
- Filming
- Capture engaging footage using a smartphone and DSLR camera, with a focus on social media-friendly formats.
- Film content for product launches, influencer collaborations, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure all videos are visually compelling and align with the brand aesthetics.
- Editing
- Edit content using Adobe Premiere Pro, ensuring videos are polished, engaging, and optimised for social media.
- Enhance content using music/graphics and effects.
- Work efficiently to produce high-quality content within tight deadlines.
- Platform-Specific Strategies
- Take direction from the Content Lead and collaborate with the Social Media Manager to develop content strategies tailored to each platform.
- Support influencer partnerships and product drops by creating promotional content.
- Utilise TikTok Shop formats to create engaging shopping experiences.
To be considered for the position of Junior Content Creator based in Liverpool, you will offer the following:
- Proven in delivering content for social media channels within retail
- Confidence in operating a DSLR and editing using Adobe Premier Pro
