The Role

As a Lean Manufacturing Warehouse tutor, you’ll guide and assess learners through warehouse and storage certifications, sharing your knowledge and preparing them for work in the sector. Your support helps learners build confidence and open doors to future employment, making a tangible difference in their lives and communities.

  • Support approx 15 learners undertaking a standalone qualification programme of learning.
  • Carry out assessment of learners against standards or qualification criteria.
  • To assist in the compilation of learners portfolios and to monitor the quality of learning.
  • To support candidates in identifying opportunities for the collection of portfolio evidence.
  • To contribute to the development of the candidate’s plans of individual training needs.
  • To assess and deliver elements of underpinning knowledge. To support the internal quality assurance process

  • Deliver high-quality Lean Manufacturing and Warehouse training to unemployed and employed learners over 13 day courses in the centre of Liverpool.
  • Guide learners through Level 2 certifications

About You:

  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing and/or Warehouse operations and have a manufacturing or warehouse qualification
  • A passion for coaching and mentoring learners.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Desirable for you to have;
  • A working knowledge of Onefile online portfolio system
  • A working knowledge of Ipegs online system
  • A working knowledge of Highfield awarding body process’
