We are seeking a dedicated Leasehold and Right to Buy Advisor to join our client's vibrant team in the Liverpool area. This is a permanent position that offers the chance to be part of an exciting journey in the construction and real estate industry.
Location: LiverpoolSalary: £25,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience
What You'll Do:
- Provide expert advice to clients on leasehold and right-to-buy processes
- Assist clients in understanding their rights and responsibilities
- Guide clients through the application and purchasing stages, ensuring a seamless experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and issues
- Stay updated on relevant legislation and market trends to provide the best possible support
What We're Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of leasehold and right-to-buy legislation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
- A genuine passion for helping clients achieve their goals
