The UNIQLO Liverpool store will have a sales floor of approximately 1,430 sq metres across 2 floors and is located in the heart of the city on Paradise Street, part of the prime retail complex, Liverpool ONE.

Hours: Permanent contract for Full Time (37.5h per week)

Flexibility: Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Starting date: Late January 2025

Salary: £13.43 per hour

What are your key responsibilities?
  • Ensures knowledge and sharing on LP/safety policy, procedure and standards

  • Works well within a team and motivates others

  • Prepares incident reports, accident reports and investigates incidents according to company guidelines.

  • Works with LP manager and the management team in the investigation of employee policy and procedure violations.

  • Brings forward solutions to potential loss/safety concerns.

  • Responds to alarm calls as needed and required to resolve all issues causing them.

  • Reads and understands all information from Store Support Centre, Loss Prevention and Area Managers.

  • Train store employees on LP policy and procedure and ensure compliance.

  • Understand, train and share the delivery procedures.

  • Detect and capture shoplifters according to company protocol

  • Understand inventory accuracy and work to increase accuracy with store and management.

  • Understand, monitor and support all cash management procedures.

  • Understand and share all Health and Safety policy and procedures.

  • Understand and assist in maintaining store systems, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm System, EAS Barriers, Tills and ensure correct usage.

What are the requirements for this role?

  • No Previous Loss Prevention required, but it is preferred

  • You have basic knowledge of computer applications; i.e.: Excel/G Sheets, Word, Power Point

  • You are able to work collaboratively as part of a high performing team

  • You have the ability to be approachable and comfortable talking to a range of customers and employees

  • You have exceptional organisational, communication and time management skills

  • You desire to challenge yourself and constantly grow and develop

  • You are able to work effectively under pressure

  • Able to use initiative to resolve problems

  • Can remain flexible in line with the business requirements including nights and weekends.
