Ocean Export Supervisor required for a global Freight Forwarding companies Liverpool site.

Package:

• Salary up to 37K gross pa
• 60% Office based and 40% Working from Home!

The Role:

Sea Freight start to finish. Support the Branch Manager with supervising a team of 3 operators.

To deliver outstanding customer service while working on the import export needs of the customer. This involves great customer service skills over the phone and via email and lots of IT based tasks such as invoicing and data entry.

Requirements:

• Sea freight knowledge with a Freight forwarder
• Export
• Cargowise knoeledge
• Experience leading a small team
• Customers Service
• IT Literacy
• Accuracy
• Speed
