About the Opportunity:Adaptable Recruitment is excited to partner with a new shared service centre in Merseyside. This innovative and forward-thinking organisation is looking for a P2P Manager to establish and lead a high-performing P2P team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the P2P function, ensuring seamless procurement-to-payment processes.
  • Drive the implementation of robust systems and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Lead the team in handling supplier relationships, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring timely payments.
  • Collaborate with procurement, finance, and other business units to streamline workflows and improve processes.
  • Monitor and report on P2P performance metrics, driving improvements where needed.
  • Provide strategic input on P2P policies and procedures to support organisational growth.
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve excellence in service delivery.

About You:

  • Significant experience managing P2P processes within a shared service centre or large organisation.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop and inspire a team.
  • Proven track record of process improvement and change management in P2P operations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in P2P systems and tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
