PA to CEO

JGT Recruitment has partnered with a prestigious, international Manufacturing business in their search for a PA to their CEO. The position will be based at their office in Kirkby (Liverpool), with the requirement to travel to other offices around the Country for Board and Sales meetings.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
• Effective diary management for CEO
• Control of all travel and accommodation for CEO
• Assist the CEO in any reasonable tasks, to include, but not limited to, Group wide projects, employee engagement and capital expenditure requirements.
• Meet and greet all visitors to the office and coordinate with visitors and internal departments for meetings and requirements.
• Answer telephone calls in a timely and professional manner as well as directing the to the appropriate person.
• Note taking and minute distribution of any meetings as required.
• Manage and be responsible for Company petty cash and expenses of CEO.
• Full control of the office building, car parking and all associated facilities management including liaising with the landlord as required.
• Take part in any disciplinaries that may take place in the office as required, for example note taking.
• Responsibility for the company mobile phone contract and associated actions relating to issuing new phones and record keeping of distribution.
• Responsibility for office stationery, furniture and other equipment required within the office environment, e.g. kitchen hardware and supplies.
• Assist other department heads within the office to ensure that their roles are carried out effectively.
• Collate reports if required.
• Organise any office functions as required.
In order to be considered for this role, it is anticipated that you will already have at least 18 months’ experience gained at a PA. You must also live within an easy commuting distance from Kirkby, Liverpool.
