Their innovative approach and dedication to quality have earned them industry recognition and awards.I am looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Payouts Administrator to join their dynamic team on a 12-month contract. Located in contemporary, state-of-the-art offices, they offer an easy commute and a hybrid working model (working from home Mondays and Fridays).Your new roleThe postilion is offered full-time Monday to Friday 09.00am until 17.30pm, with one in four Saturdays required to be paid at time and a half.Some of your duties will include but not limited to Responsible for the receipt of all finance documentation and proofs for the organisation's retail, corporate and contract hire businessObtaining any additional or further information required by the relevant finance house from either dealers or development managers.Updating the application system and the relevant finance house systems with all payout informationProviding support to other administration functions when required.Identifying any incorrect or possible fraudulent proofsWorking closely with the accounts team to ensure any deposit cheques or shortfall payments are received and cleared.Processing remittances and ensuring that accounts are advised of the correct method of payment (BACS, CHAPS or cheque) and ensuring these are signed off by the correct signatoriesWhat you'll need to succeedPrevious administrative experience in a financial or similar setting.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.Excellent keyboard and system skillsHave a strong sense of urgency and ability to work to deadlinesEnthusiastic and self-motivatedWhat you'll get in returnWorking from modern offices in the heart of Liverpool's business quarterHybrid model Friendly and supportive team What you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career.
