Payroll Advisor, Liverpool, Hybrid working, 26-28k

Are you a Payroll Advisor with experience working at an Accountancy Firm/Umbrella business processing multiple client payrolls and looking for your next exciting and progressive opportunity?

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and well-known accountancy firm in Liverpool. With a fantastic reputation and an impressive portfolio of clients, this firm offers the perfect environment for growth and progression. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Reporting to the Payroll Manager your key responsibilities include:
* Processing end-end payroll for multiple client portfolio
* Statutory payments including; SSP, SMP etc;
* Liaising with HMRC and year-end reporting
* Providing payroll advice and solutions to clients and supporting with queries
* Maintain and update payroll records on Iris
* Manual calculations
* Keep up to date with payroll legislation

Skills required:
* Must have Payroll Bureau/Umbrella background and experience processing multiple client payroll
* Understanding of Iris payroll (desirable not essential)
* CIPP qualification (or equivalent experience desirable)
* Strong knowledge of current payroll legislation.
* Ability to work in a team as well as independently
* Manual calculations (desirable)
