Claims Advisor - Personal Injury Claims

Liverpool - on site 3 days per week

Our client is a legal claims business, they use the latest software and cx solutions to drive their customer journeys. They are already shaking up their industry and have won awards for their digital marketing strategy in claims. They are scaling well and are investing for further growth, in all the right areas to drive their digital claims business including Data Engineering, IT and Tech Development and Business Change as well as acquiring more brands to grow their book.

My client is looking for someone with Personal Injury or complex claims involving serious injury and or death to lead their serious injury claims line.

You would be the specialist point of contact for claims that are related to people suffering from severe illness or terminal cancer or their bereaved families. As this is a particularly complex claims issue extra support will be provided by the business.

Initially this role will be the front line adviser but eventually my client sees this growing into a team leader position and taking on a wider, cross-functional responsibilities. (With associated salary increase).

Ideal Candidate Experience:

  • Experience of dealing with serious injury claims.
  • Ability to investigate sensitive information with empathy and professionalism.
  • Ability to use CRM systems to log calls and Knowledge tools for supporting customer queries
  • Must be commutable to Liverpool and have permanent rights to work in the UK.
