The PPC accounts are currently outsourced to agency, your first step will be to off-board these accounts, bring them in-house and build, strategize and optimise as you see fit…

The Role

As PPC Manager, you'll take charge of their paid media campaigns across Google, Bing, and Criteo. Your mission? To drive growth, optimise performance, and deliver outstanding ROI across multiple international markets.

Your Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage paid search, shopping, display, remarketing, and video campaigns.
  • Budget Strategy: Oversee PPC budgets across global markets for maximum impact.
  • Optimisation: Continuously refine campaigns to improve ROAS and key metrics.
  • Analytics: Analyse performance data to uncover insights and refine strategies.
  • Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and explore new PPC opportunities.
  • Testing: Run A/B tests and other experiments to maximise efficiency.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of PPC experience in a fast-paced, in-house role – eCommerce experience essential
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience managing significant marketing budgets.
  • Familiarity with UK and EU markets.
  • A comprehensive understanding of digital marketing channels.
