Job Title: Private Client Locum

Job description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Locum to join an established Legal Practice in Merseyside on a locum basis, with a high chance of extension. The client is looking for a candidate with extensive Private Client experience.
The successful candidate will be dealing with:
- A standard caseload of private client matters to include:
- Wills and probate
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- A caseload of execution only Personal Injury Trusts, professional deputyships and professional trusteeships
- Developing and maintaining good client relations
Hourly rate:  £45 - £50 per hour DOE (Outside IR35)
Working arrangement: Full Time, 35 hours per week. Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. Initial office presence and the opportunity for hybrid working once settled.
