My client are an award-winning M&E contractor delivering projects nationwide. They provide all types of M&E solutions across new build commercial projects
They have an opportunity for an Project Planner to join their team and work on a range of newly secured M&E projects across the North West.

As a Project Planner, your role will include
  • Be the go-to person and focal point within the business for Project programmes.
  • Alongside the Operations Team, develop strategic programmes for each phase of Projects: Pre-construction, Delivery & Commissioning.
  • Liaise with Estimating Department in assessing programme related Tender Documentation.
  • Liaise with Commercial Department on Subcontract Packages.
  • Work alongside site-based teams to update programmes based on true progress.
  • Attend client programme meetings where required.
  • Undertake risk analysis of live programmes to support Commercial and Operations teams.
  • Prepare monthly Programme Performance Reports for review with Senior Management
  • Third level qualification in a construction related discipline or can demonstrate an equivalent level of construction/site experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within the M&E sector.
  • High standard of organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Programme Software's such as Microsoft Project preferred - or similar.
  • High level of IT literacy, especially in Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Primavera P6 Risk Analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication & negotiation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent client engagement skills
