Adaptable Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a growing organisation who are seeking to appoint an experienced Property and Contract Solicitor to join the team on a permanent basis.
Based in Liverpool city centre, you will work a hybrid model.

Job Duties:
- Advise clients on the merits of their case, prospects of success and proportionality.
- Provide written and verbal advisor to clients on matters of property disputes and contract law.
- Interpreting the terms of policies and ensuring that matters fall within the scope of the policy.
- Handling a caseload of pre litigated matters, collecting evidence, expert reports and details of losses.
- Instructing Counsel when necessary.
- Progressing claims in accordance with the CPR and SLAs.
When will interviews be taking place?
- Interviews will be happening as soon as possible
Ideal experience
- Solicitor or Member or Fellow of CILEx with experience in property and/or contract law.
- Excellent working knowledge of relevant case law and legislation.
- Ability to progress claims and disputes in a timely manner.
- Commercially minded with the ability to see opportunities to optimise commercial relationships and opportunities both for the client and the firm.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
