Red Recruitment is recruiting a Renewals Agent to join our client, a growing business with great opportunities to build your knowledge of the financial services industry. They are a specialist insurance provider with over 40 years of experience helping people secure motor insurance across all of the UK.

This position is a fast-paced, customer-focused sales position working in a friendly, target-driven inbound sales environment. The salary is between 24,255 - 27,876 per annum and includes a 2,000 performance-related bonus. This role is located in Formby and is full-time.

Salary: 24,255 - 27,876 per annum including 2,000 performance related bonus per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 3 week rolling rota, hours between 8am - 8pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am - 12.30pm

Key Responsibilities of a Renewals Agent:

Reviewing and allocating renewal invite lists
Checking policy data accuracy
Ensuring client records are updated appropriately
Handling inbound and outbound calls
Renewing policies compliantly
Responding to customer renewal queries

Key Skills and Experience of a Renewals Agent:

Previous sales or customer service experience is required
Insurance experience is preferable but not essential as full training will be provided
Excellent IT and data entry skills
Good communication skills is essential as you will be speaking to a variety of people
Excellent administrative skills, as well as great attention to detail
You should be a pro-active thinker, with the ability to solve problems independently
You should be able to work towards targets and KPIs
