Area to be covered: National (ideally based North West)

Remuneration: £80,000 - £90,000 + up to 25% bonus

The role of the Sales Director Flow Control Systems / HVAC Components will involve:

  • Sales Director / MD Designate position promoting a high quality manufactured rnage of flow control systems & components for the HVAC market sector
  • Would look to transition into the Managing Director position within 18 months / 2 year period
  • Majority of your time will be spent managing the existing sales team (6) growing to (8) in the coming year
  • Will inherit a team turnover target of £24.5m
  • Will manage some key accounts such as: BSS, Wolseley, Smith Brothers, Wilo, Grundfos and Mitsubishi
  • Typical commercial projects would include: universities, hospitals, hotels and local authorities

The ideal applicant will be a Sales Director Flow Control Systems / HVAC Components experience with:

Must have people management experience

Must have a mechanical engineering qualification

Must have commercial sales experience in a related field

Must have an MBA or be looking to achieve one

Must be proactive, confident and not afraid to rip up the script

Ideallyhave a BSC degree qualification such as: mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, civil engineering, maths

Can understand consultants drawings and make observations and recommendations
